I first spoke to Cory in 2019, just before COVID, as I was looking to invest in property but wasn’t really sure how or where to start.
Cory took the time to understand what I was looking to achieve and guided me towards towns and cities that he was also investing in himself. Rather than simply telling me what to buy, he explained what he would do if he were in my position and shared the strategy he was using to build his own portfolio.
A few years on, I now have a portfolio of 12 properties, which provides a valuable additional income for my family and the security and foundation I need to continue building my wealth for the future.
I’m extremely grateful to Cory for his clear guidance, transparent communication and, above all, his honest approach to property investment. What I particularly valued was that his advice came from his own experience of investing and actually doing what he was advising me to do.

I have known Cory for many years, so when I inherited a small amount of money from my family, I knew I wanted to do something sensible with it rather than spend it on things I didn’t really need.
Cory had always spoken to me about investing in property, and I’d watched him build his own portfolio over the years. From the outside, his approach seemed very simple and straightforward, although I quickly realised that it’s not quite as easy when you’re trying to do it yourself!
Because of Cory’s experience in the property sector, I knew he understood the ins and outs of property investment, so I decided to work with him on buying my first buy-to-let. The aim was to create some passive income in the background while I continued to focus on my job and my family.
We found a fantastic property that needed virtually no work, and we had a tenant in place within a few weeks of buying it. A few years on, the property has increased in value and continues to provide a good rental income, and I’m now saving towards my second investment.
What I really liked about working with Cory was that he could be as involved as I wanted him to be. If I wanted to understand why he was recommending a particular property or strategy, he was always very open about his thinking and the numbers behind it. Equally, if I wanted to take a step back and let him find the right opportunity for me, he was happy to do that too. It felt very much tailored to what I needed.
I was always interested in investing in property, but I think Cory made the whole process much quicker, easier and less stressful than it would have been if I’d tried to do it on my own. His experience gave me a lot of confidence, particularly as this was my first investment.

When I inherited some money, I knew I wanted to invest it in property. As a complete beginner, I had some idea of where to start, but I didn’t have the knowledge or experience to make sure I was making the right decisions or choosing the right investment.
I met Cory through a friend, and we got talking about building passive income. He had built his own buy-to-let portfolio over many years, so I decided to learn from someone with genuine hands-on experience in the area. My goal was to buy a high-yielding property and, over time, build a portfolio of my own.
From the outset, Cory was completely transparent. He sent me a number of solid options, recommended properties he would genuinely invest in himself, and explained why they were good investments, as well as what to look for and what to avoid. The deals he presented were exactly the kind of quality opportunities I’d hoped to find. When we ran the numbers, I was looking at gross yields of around 8–9%, with very little ongoing work required from me.
I’d done my own research beforehand and knew this level of return was possible, but having someone who had already walked the path, with the contacts and hands-on experience to back it up, gave me the confidence to actually take action rather than just keep planning.
I’m now a first-time landlord, with a clear path towards scaling up to multiple properties by the end of the year. That income has been a huge part of what’s allowed me to support myself financially while making the move from London to Southeast Asia.

After remortgaging our home to release some equity, we knew we wanted to invest in a rental property but weren’t sure how or where to start.
I have known Cory for a number of years and had watched him build his own property portfolio from the ground up, so I felt confident working with him to build one of our own.
